Login/Account Information

I registered for the site, but I never got my confirmation email. What do I do?

If you didn’t receive the email with your log-in information for the Brookes AEPS Training site, it’s possible the email may have gone to your spam or junk mail folder. Be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder for the email. Add no-reply@aepstraining.com as a contact to your address book to ensure that you receive correspondence from us. If you still have not received the email, contact the Help Desk.

I can’t log in to my account. What should I do?

First, make sure you have the correct username and/or password. If the page continually refreshes, you may be typing your username/password incorrectly. Passwords are case-sensitive, so make sure Caps Lock is turned off on your keyboard. If you are still unable to login, please select the Forgotten username and/or password? link under the login on the main page. You can then search for your login information by your username or email address. An email will then be sent to you with your information.

I forgot my password and/or username. How do I access the site now?

Click the Login button and then click the Forgotten username and/or password? link. You can reset your password by either entering your username or the email address you used to create the account. An email will be sent to your email address with instructions on how to regain access to the site.

Will Brookes Publishing ever ask for my username or password?

No, Brookes will never ask a user for their password via e-mail or phone. But there may be instances in which we may need to ask for your username.

What accessibility features does the Brookes AEPS Training site have?

The Brookes AEPS Training site has improved visual contrast, keyboard controls, and additional closed captioning. The site is easy to understand and reads well with a screen reader. We are continuing to improve accessibility to meet WCAG 2.0 requirements. If you need information on this website in a different format (such as an accessible PDF or large print) or experience any difficulty in accessing parts of our website, please submit a Help Desk ticket with your specific request.

How do I know an e-mail is really from Brookes Publishing?

If you receive an e-mail that appears to be from Brookes or www.aepstraining.com that requests sensitive personal information, be cautious. The e-mail may be a “spoof” or “phishing” e-mail. People who send these hope that unsuspecting recipients will reply or click a link in the e-mail and then provide sensitive personal information such as passwords or credit card numbers. Brookes will never ask you to provide account numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information through e-mail. If you receive a suspicious e-mail, report it by forwarding it to onlinetraining@brookespublishing.com. We will review the e-mail and let you know if it was legitimately sent by Brookes.

What do I do if the question I have is not listed here?

Contact our Help Desk. We will respond to your request within 24 hours, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST.
